HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY FIREWOOD ORDER ONLINE?
We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards or Paypal.



WILL MY FIREWOOD WILL BE DELIVERED?
Yes, we are a total service company and delivery is part of our service.


I WOULD LIKE TO BE HOME WHEN MY FIREWOOD WILL BE DELIVERED?
We will try to ensure this, please call Josh on 0428077634 to arrange the time.


HOW I WILL KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED?
We confirm with our customers by phone or text message which day their order will be delivered. This means there are no surprise deliveries!


DO I NEED TO WAIT IN FOR DELIVERY?
No! You don't need to wait in for your delivery, just let us know where you want it and we'll do the rest.


DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
No! No signature required. If you aren't at home, we will send you a picture of the wood after delivery completed.


WILL YOU DELIVER MY FIREWOOD WHERE I WANT IT?

We will do our best to put delivery where you want it. Stacking service available upon customer request. Please fill out the fields provided on your order form online. We will contact you, if we need to discuss further.
